Towards Your Closing Costs or Down Payment

If you are buying or selling a home I will personally donate $1,000 of my seller-paid commission  directly to you at closing to help with your closing costs.  If you are buying, you can apply this to your downpayment.

Buyer eligibility requires the purchase of a home or land with a minimum purchase price of $250,000, representation by Rich Anderson under a signed Exclusive Buyer's Agreement, and a negotiated seller-paid buyer's agent commission of at least 2.5%. Seller eligibility requires a minimum listing price of $250,000 and a 3% listing commission as stated in the Listing Agreement. Transactions that do not meet these minimum requirements may qualify for a reduced incentive at the sole discretion of the agent.
